Lydia Norcia

Lydia began her professional journey as a real estate broker in Massachusetts. After relocating to California in 1970, she earned her BA in Psychology and minor in Sociology followed by her master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from San Jose State University. In 1980, she founded her own counseling and consulting practice, where she became known for her expertise in communication and her work with both individuals and Fortune 500 companies.

With a deep understanding of human nature and strong interpersonal skills, Lydia brings a unique perspective to her real estate career. She understands that for many families, finding a home is about more than just a transaction — it's about creating a safe haven and a nurturing environment.

Lydia and her husband, Dom, raised their children in Saratoga and have been proud residents of the South Bay since 1970.
