Fabio Giannetti & Ane Troger

I wanted to take a moment to recommend an outstanding real estate agent I worked with recently — Mike Norcia — who helped us purchase a home in Morgan Hill, CA for my parents. From the start, Mike was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and proactive. He truly went above and beyond to understand what we needed and to guide us through every step of the process — from navigating the local market to coordinating inspections and ensuring a smooth closing. His local expertise and responsiveness made what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless and well-managed. If you’re considering buying or selling in the Bay Area, I can’t recommend Mike highly enough.
